US President Donald Trump plans to visit Beijing in April for talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping. This was reported by the South China Morning Post (SCMP) newspaper, citing sources.
“Both presidents would like the other side’s visit to be seen as a diplomatic victory, but initial discussions were specifically about Trump’s trip to China”, SCMP wrote.
The exact date and time of the visit will be known after the United States talks with Ukraine, after which, as US President Donald Trump said, the US attention “will be focused on China”.
