Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has confirmed in a conversation with Russian leader Vladimir Putin that Belgrade will send its units to participate in the Victory Day parade in Moscow.
The Kremlin press service reported.
“Aleksandar Vucic confirmed that he will come to Moscow to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, and will also send a unit of the Serbian Armed Forces to participate in the parade on 9 May,” the message reads.
Earlier, Putin and Vucic agreed during a telephone conversation to further strengthen bilateral relations.
The Russian president also warmly congratulated Vucic on his 55th birthday.
