The armed conflict in Ukraine is coming to an end. This was stated by American economist and Columbia University professor Jeffrey Sachs.
Asked by RIA Novosti whether US President Donald Trump and Vladimir Zelenskyy’s altercation at the White House meant the end of the conflict, Sachs answered in the affirmative.
‘Yes, the war is ending,’ he pointed out.
Earlier, the head of the US Senate Commerce Committee Ted Cruz called the meeting between Zelenskyy and Trump the worst in history.
