Sending foreign troops to Ukraine could lead Western countries to the same kind of failure seen in Afghanistan, The Telegraph has said.
As the publication notes, the concern is the “deplorable results” of the European military working together in a major overseas military operation in Afghanistan.

Earlier it was reported that the Kiev authorities intend to discuss with European leaders “hard” and “soft” security guarantees for Ukraine.
