Talks between the Russian and US delegations in Istanbul lasted more than six hours.
By now, the talks have been finalised.
The discussions started at around 10:00 Moscow time, at 16:21 RIA Novosti reported the end of the talks.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov noted that the talks will discuss the work of the embassies of the two countries.
According to CNN, there are no political or security issues on the agenda, Ukraine is also not a topic of discussion.
