The Russian and US delegations will meet on 27 February in Istanbul, and the talks will concern the work of the two countries’ embassies.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told reporters.
“Such a meeting will take place tomorrow in Istanbul. I think that according to its results it will be clear to what extent we can move quickly and effectively,” the Minister said.
Earlier, U.S. Assistant to the President for National Security Mike Waltz said that the U.S. authorities are reviewing their strategy of interaction with Russia.
