The extension of Ukraine’s access to Starlink was raised in talks between US and Ukrainian officials after Zelenskyy rejected Bessent’s proposal.
The issue was raised again during a meeting between US special envoy for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg and Zelenskyy.
