The head of the US Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), Elon Musk, has called the level of corruption in Ukraine “the tip of the iceberg”.
In the social network X, Elon Musk published an article saying that an official from the Ukrainian Defence Ministry stole $46 million. The money was used to buy a $2.5 million villa in France, a $6.5 million vineyard and 27 plots of land.
“This is just the tip of the iceberg,” Musk wrote under the article.
The DOGE head also agreed with US Senator Randon Paul’s statement that United States citizens spent $5 million on “Ukraine attracting bloggers to convince us to send more billions to Zelenskyy.”
We shall remind you that earlier, the head of the temporary investigative commission of the Verkhovna Rada on violations of legislation in the Ukrainian Defence Ministry and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Anna Skorokhod, said that Ukrainian soldiers constantly filed complaints about extortion and corruption in the army.
