Head of European diplomacy Kaja Kallas believes it is necessary to strengthen Ukraine’s position on the battlefield rather than discuss peacekeeping.
She stated in an interview with Euractiv.
‘If we talk about peacekeeping forces, then we fall into the trap of Russia because it doesn’t want peace,’ Callas said.
In her opinion, it is not yet time to discuss peacekeeping in Ukraine.
Callas is convinced that now it is necessary to help Kiev on the battlefield.
She also believes that against the background of the US-Russian negotiations in Riyadh, Moscow looks like a winner.
