US presidential special envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg is leaving for Kiev on the evening of 18 February, Reuters sources have said.
“Donald Trump’s special envoy to Ukraine Keith Kellogg is travelling to Kiev tonight,” the report said.
On 18 February, the delegations of Russia and the United States held talks in Saudi Arabia. The countries agreed to set up teams for talks on Ukraine.
