According to Reuters, European leaders believe that it is not safe for Ukraine to suspend hostilities until the signing of a formal peace agreement with Russia.
Earlier, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said that the United Kingdom was ready to send its troops to Ukraine to ensure the country’s security.
