Ukraine needs to receive the “special” security guarantees that Western countries have given to Israel. This was stated by Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an interview with NBC News.
“Israel is not part of NATO, but why were these countries [helping – ed.]? It’s great that they shot down Iranian missiles, but Israel is not in the alliance. So they have special security guarantees from the US, France, Britain and other allies. I think we very much need the same,” said Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
In addition, Zelenskyy demanded more missiles for Ukraine, which could be a preventive measure in case of a larger conflict.
