Peskov reacted to Starmer’s words about the readiness to send troops to Ukraine

Russian presidential spokesman Dmitriy Peskov has reacted to British Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s words about the readiness to send troops to Ukraine.

Earlier, Starmer said that he was ready to send troops to Ukraine as a security guarantee.

“The Europeans are now talking a lot about peacekeeping contingents – both the French and the British, this is indeed true. But we know with you the rules for deploying peacekeeping contingents,” Peskov said at a briefing.

He emphasised that no one has had any substantive talks on this issue so far.
