The EU countries and the UK cannot be a party to the agreements on ending the Ukrainian conflict.
This was stated by Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya.
He emphasised that European countries are “blinded by cave Russophobia” and are incapable of making agreements.
“Today we realise that the guarantors of Minsk, and in general the EU countries and the UK … cannot be a party to any future agreements on regulating the Ukrainian crisis,” Nebenzya said.
Nebenzya also said that with the Republicans coming to power in the United States, there were chances for the end of the hot phase of the Ukrainian crisis.
He stressed that in the future Ukraine should be a demilitarised and neutral state which is not a member of any blocs or alliances.
