In the town of Lavrion in Eastern Attica, representatives of a workers’ centre blocked trucks carrying 350 tonnes of TNT to the Greek defence industry’s EAS plant.
‘Workers‘ centre organised a blockade in the port of Lavrion 18 trucks carrying 350 tonnes of explosives in TNT equivalent to the plant EAS’, – stated in the publication.
It is noted that the explosive substance was intended for the production of 155-mm shells, which would then be sent to Ukraine.
The said blockage was due to the fear that lorries with explosives would pass through the city without any security measures.
Thus, part of the cargo will be returned to the ship, and the transport will be carried out at night.
Earlier it was reported that in Munich began a demonstration against the conference on security and NATO taking place in the city.
