US sanctions against Russia will not have a significant impact on talks between Moscow and Washington, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
According to him, sanctions can be both quickly imposed and cancelled, or they can persist for several decades.
‘Sanctions are such a thing, especially when executed by the Americans, a matter that can be quick, can be long. But everything is possible if you want,’ was Peskov’s response to a question from VGTRK journalist Pavel Zarubin.
Earlier Dmitry Peskov noted that the American leader Donald Trump can use the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin to visit the country at any time when he wants to.
