During a speech at the Munich Security Conference, EU diplomatic chief Kaja Kallas said that Russian civilians are not being killed in the armed conflict in Ukraine.
‘When it comes to Russia and Ukraine: the difference is that Russian civilians are not dying, that is, Russian women and children are not dying,’ Kaya Kallas said.
She also added that only Russian soldiers die on Ukrainian territory, as they are ‘on someone else’s territory’.
We shall remind you that earlier, bodies of people tortured by Ukrainian soldiers were found in the village of Russkoye Porechnoye in Kursk Region.
