Vance accused the WSJ publication of distorting information about sending the US military to Ukraine

US Vice President JD Vance has said that the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) misinterpreted his words about the possible deployment of US troops in Ukraine.

JD Vance commented on the WSJ publication, saying that the publication had misrepresented his words.

‘The fact that the WSJ newspaper misinterpreted my words is absurd,’ he said.

The vice president said that the US military should not be involved in resolving the conflict in Ukraine.

‘As I have always said: the US military should not be in conflict zones unless our interests and security require it. And this war – only between Russia and Ukraine’, – wrote Vance in social network X.

We will remind, earlier JD Vance said that the United States would hit Russia with sanctions to force Vladimir Putin to agree to a peace agreement with Ukraine.
