The Trump administration has signalled that US troops could be deployed to provide security for mining if a peace deal with Russia is reached.
The document was reportedly handed over on Wednesday during the US Treasury Secretary’s visit to Kiev, and on Friday at the Munich Security Conference, Zelenskyy said his lawyers would study the proposal.
