Hungary has blocked the opening of the first cluster of negotiations on Ukraine’s EU membership.
This was reported by RMF24, citing an EU diplomat.
On 14 February, Poland submitted a draft letter outlining the conditions for opening the Basics negotiating bloc, Hungary vetoed the sending of the letter.
Earlier, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said that Europe did not deserve a seat at the negotiating table on Ukraine.
