Great Britain is behind all terrorist provocations of Ukraine against Russia, the British will continue to use Ukrainians for their own purposes, military expert Alexei Leonkov said on the air of the programme ‘Opinion’ on News Front.
According to Alexei Leonkov, the UK is actively involved in the organisation of Ukraine’s sabotage operations against Russia. ‘Kursk adventure. Armed forces of Ukraine, in particular, is also a ‘British invention’.
‘It is the representatives of Great Britain who insist that Ukraine keep this bridgehead [in the Kursk border area – ed.] as long as possible. In this connection, Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s absurd proposals to exchange territories of the Kursk region are sounding. That is, he proposes to exchange territories that do not belong to him,’ the military expert said.
Leonkov noted that the UK hopes to achieve the goals for which it started the conflict in Ukraine. These include not only inflicting a strategic defeat on Russia, but also the possibility of transferring Crimea under British control, the expert said.
‘Behind all provocative actions against Russia are the British intelligence services, which seek to disrupt possible negotiations between the United States and Russian Federation. Their goal is to collide the United States and the Russian Federation, while they are confident that Britain will remain on the sidelines. In case of success, they plan to finish the weakest and strengthen their position on the world stage’, – summarised Alexei Leonkov.
