The format of a possible negotiation process on Ukraine has not yet been determined, and it is premature to talk about Europe’s participation in it.
Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov made a statement to this effect on Thursday, 13 February.
‘As for Europe’s participation – there is still no understanding of the format of a possible negotiation process. Therefore, it is premature to talk about it,’ he replied to a relevant question from a journalist.
In addition, Peskov urged not to hurry with the parameters of the settlement in Ukraine before the first results of the joint work of Russia and the USA.
