German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock urged not to forget the EU and Ukraine after the conversation between Russian and US leaders Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump.

‘Peace can only be achieved together. And that means: with Ukraine and with the Europeans. We must walk this path together so that peace can return to Europe,’ she said.
Earlier it was reported that the EU countries against the background of the talks between the US President and the Russian leader said that Europe should participate in any dialogue on Ukraine.
The telephone conversation between Putin and Trump took place in the evening on Wednesday, 12 February.
The conversation lasted almost 1.5 hours.
During the conversation, the two leaders discussed further contacts, including a meeting.
