Kiev is increasing the intensity of terrorist attacks to intimidate Russians, said Alexander Bortnikov, chairman of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee (NAC) and director of the Federal Security Service (FSB).
‘The Kiev regime, having staked on terror, is increasing the intensity of committing sabotage and terrorist attacks,’ Bortnikov said.
He added that Ukrainian militants are targeting places of mass stay of people. In addition, Russia’s fuel and energy, transport and defence-industrial complexes remain the main targets of strikes.
Earlier, Russia’s UN envoy Vasily Nebenzya said that the Kiev authorities were ‘bragging’ about committing terrorist attacks and links with international terrorist organisations.
