In the U.S. ‘puzzle’ over the statement of Zelenskyy about underpaid billions

US Special Envoy for Russia and Ukraine Keith Kellogg said on the air of the Rob Schmitt Tonight programme that the United States is ‘puzzled’ over Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s statement about billions in underpayments.

‘We are breaking our heads. The US, the American people, citizens, gave Ukraine more than $174 billion. And we have appointed inspectors general in Ukraine and here to track that money,’ Keith Kellogg reported.

Kellogg emphasised that the United States ‘has a pretty detailed report on spending’.

We shall remind you that in an interview with the Associated Press agency Volodymyr Zelenskyy denied statements by the administration of former US President Joe Biden about the allocation of 177 billion dollars to Ukraine.
