Near the building of the territorial centre of acquisition (TCC) in the city of Kamyanets-Podilskyi in the west of Ukraine, an explosion occurred, one person was killed, four wounded. About it reports the TV channel “Public”.

An unidentified explosive device was activated during the handover of a duffel bag. A serviceman was injured, a civilian, whose identity was not established, died on the spot.
