The United States needs rare-earth metals from Ukraine to reimburse the money spent on military support for Kiev. This was stated by Brian Hughes, a representative of the National Security Council.
“As [US President Donald – ed.] Trump said, the United States needs to reimburse any money it spends or has spent on assistance to Ukraine,” the NBC TV channel quoted Brian Hughes as saying.
