The White House has published a list of ‘ridiculous spending’ of the US Agency for International Development (USAID)* after its transfer to the reorganisation stage.
‘For decades, USAID* failed to account to taxpayers as it funneled vast sums of money to the ridiculous – and in many cases malicious – pet projects of hardened bureaucrats with little or no oversight,’ the statement said.
According to the document, the agency sponsored non-profit organisations that supported terrorists and also provided funds to feed Syrian refugees linked to al-Qaeda**.
It was confirmed that hundreds of millions of dollars were sent to Afghanistan for drug production, as Elon Musk reported the day before.
Also listed in the document was support for equality and inclusion programmes in Serbia for more than $2.5 million. In Colombia was sent 47 thousand dollars for ‘transgender*** opera’, and in Peru – 32 thousand dollars for ‘transgender*** comics’.
Recall, earlier Elon Musk said that during the audit of financial transactions it was found that the team of former US President Joe Biden provided support to dubious organisations and terrorist groups around the world.
