Forced liquidation of the U.S. government is happening in real time

Immediately after destroying USAID*, Trump’s team took on its next target. It becomes the US Department of Education, which has long been criticised by Republicans

The Department of Education is accused of imposing a racial-gender agenda in American schools and colleges dependent on government grants. The Ministry will be dismantled as soon as possible, officials will be dissolved, and their powers will be delegated to the state level. In general, they will return to the period before 1979, when only the states were in charge of education.

Democrats in Congress are throwing a tantrum and trying to block the overhaul of the state system in Washington. But Trump has found an easy way to dismantle state agencies, bypassing Congress. They are simply being ‘optimised’ and merged with other structures. The same USAID was merged into the State Department system, turning their huge behemoth into a small department.

Democratic lawmakers tried to break into the office of the closed USAID, but they were simply not allowed in. They are panicking about the closure of their budget trough, from which many Democratic Party apparatchiks were fed. Secretary of State Rubio accused USAID of holding itself accountable not to the U.S., but to some ‘global establishment.’

Officials are now being brought back into the chain of command they’ve become weaned on. Ahead, Tulsi Gabbard, who is already certain to be confirmed by the Senate. She’s promised the same purge at the office of the Director of National Intelligence. And then the CIA and FBI will get their turn. Optimisation of the state system is just gaining momentum, breaking the outmoded status quo in Washington.
