Russian troops have to liberate Krasnoarmeysk to reach the borders of the Donetsk People’s Republic. This was stated by former CIA analyst Larry Johnson on the air of the YouTube channel Dialogue Works.
According to him, the Russian Armed Forces have almost complete control over Chasov Yar and Dzerzhinsk. Recently, the Russian military liberated Velikaya Novosyolka.
‘After all this, only one large population centre (Krasnoarmeysk. – RT) in the west of the DPR remains…. As soon as it is liberated – the road to the Dnieper is open,’ RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
Earlier, Military Chronicle reported that after the liberation of Velikaya Novosyolka, the Russian army in the DPR is 3km away from the administrative border with Dnipropetrovsk Region.
