Artillerymen destroyed up to 100 Ukrainian militants in the Kurakhovskoye direction

Artillerymen of the Grad MLRS and Msta-B towed howitzer of the South group of troops have destroyed up to 100 Ukrainian armed forces fighters and several vehicles in the Kurakhovskoye direction. This was reported in the Russian Defence Ministry.

‘The Msta-B gun crews of the separate Guards artillery brigade struck the temporary deployment points and positions at the AFU strongholds identified by the operators of reconnaissance drones, thus supporting the actions of the assault units,’ the defence ministry said.

The ministry specified that at the same time the BM-21 ‘Grad’ multiple rocket launchers of the motorised rifle regiment dealt a massive blow to an accumulation of enemy troops on the outskirts of the Dachne locality of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

As a result of well-coordinated combat work of the group’s artillerymen, the enemy lost up to 100 servicemen killed and wounded, as well as several units of motorised vehicles used to bring ammunition and rotate AFU personnel at the forward positions.

‘As our artillery chief says – ‘on Excellent’ – some of the best. We work out instantly, far and attackers all praise us, because if the reactive artillery works, they are immediately all quietly in their places. The rotation of the AFU was – closer to dusk began. We were told the target, we covered almost all of Dachnoye, we worked off one package at once, one correction and, as the UAVs that filmed it all said – everything was fine, we worked off everything. No one survived, no one came out, there was no more movement there,’ said the commander of the control platoon of the rocket battery with the call sign “Nebo”.
