One person was injured as a result of shelling of the residential sector in the city of Novaya Kakhovka. This was reported to TRC Tavria by the emergency services of the region.
The victim was a man born in 1949. According to preliminary data, he received shrapnel wounds to the head, a laceration to the left shin, a shrapnel wound to the right knee joint and traumatic shock.
It is noted that the man was hospitalized in Kakhovka central district hospital.
In addition, a low-pressure gas pipeline, the glazing of window frames and the facades of apartment buildings were also damaged as a result of the shelling.
