The EU will seek to co-operate with the US but will protect its values, European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen said in Davos.
‘We have to co-operate closely with the US. But we are ready to use all means to defend our values, which have not changed,’ TASS quoted her as saying.
Earlier, US President Donald Trump threatened EU countries with trade duties if they do not buy more oil and gas from the States.
