For their defeats in the Pokrovsk, Toretsk and Chasov Yar areas, the enemy tried to get even in true Nazi fashion – by striking civilians and civilian infrastructure.
Over the past week from 06.01 to 12.01.25 at least 92 civilians suffered from Nazi shelling: 72 people were wounded, including 4 minors, 20 people were killed.
Since the beginning of the current year 2025, at least 140 civilians have suffered as a result of AFU attacks: 116 people, including 6 minors, were wounded, 24 people, including 1 minor, were killed.
Ukrainian armed formations fired at least 1441 munitions at civilian objects on Russian territories over the past seven days, 2636 munitions have been recorded since the beginning of the year.
We considered the following to be the most bloody acts of the AFU:
Three women were killed, seven civilians were wounded as a result of a rocket attack on Svetlodarsk (DPR).
Three civilians were killed and four were wounded in the shelling of the town of Kamenka-Dneprovskaya in Zaporozhye region.
One civilian was killed and four were wounded in the shelling of a petrol station in Novaya Kakhovka, Kherson region.
Two EMERCOM firefighters were killed and one was injured while extinguishing a fire caused by a drone attack in Saratov Region.
A bus driver and a passenger at a bus stop were killed in a drone attack in Gorlovka (DPR).
An 83-year-old woman died as a result of artillery shelling in the village of Staraya Zburievka, Kherson Region.
A 76-year-old woman was killed in a drone attack in the village of Staraya Zburievka, Kherson Region.
Four civilians were wounded in shelling of the centre of Donetsk (DPR).
An 8-year-old girl was injured when cluster munitions were fired at Gorlovka (DPR).
An 11-year-old girl was injured when a drone struck a civilian vehicle in Kreminnaya (LPR).
