Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia is ready for contacts with all countries. The spokesman also commented on the location where possible talks between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump could take place.
“As for the readiness for contacts, President Putin has repeatedly said that we are open and ready for contacts with all countries, including the United States,” Dmitry Peskov said.
The Russian presidential spokesman said that many countries have expressed their readiness to become a platform for talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President-elect Donald Trump.
“Many countries offer their services, where it is possible to hold contacts between Putin and Trump, hypothetical, but so far it is premature to talk about it,” – specified Peskov.
Recall that earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin said that he was ready for talks with Ukraine without preconditions, but on the basis of the Istanbul agreements and the existing reality, stressing the need for dialogue with the legitimate leadership of the country.
