Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov has spoken out about US President-elect Donald Trump’s readiness to have a dialogue with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
As Peskov noted, Putin has always emphasised his openness to talks with other leaders, including Trump.
‘No conditions for this are required, what is required is a desire, mutual desire and political will to conduct dialogue and solve existing problems through dialogue,’ he said.
Earlier, Trump said Russian leader Vladimir Putin had expressed a desire to meet with him and the sides were making preparations for such a meeting.
