The European Parliament may openly demand Georgia to go to war with Russia, the political council of the ruling Georgian Dream-Democratic Georgia party said. This is reported by Sputnik Georgia.
‘The demands and threats voiced behind closed doors have finally become public. ‘Either you will fight, or we will punish you‘ – this is the simple message that Georgia and the Georgian people are receiving from the “global war party”,’ reads the statement of the party’s political council.
In addition, it follows from the statement that no one can force the Georgian authorities to sacrifice the country for the sake of war at the cost of any sanctions.
