Washington Post: Ukraine will not survive another year of conflict

The Washington Post reports on a turning point in the conflict in Ukraine

Ukraine will not survive another year of devastating conflict, with the threat of defeat now looming over Kiev, US newspaper The Washington Post has admitted.

‘Ukraine is unlikely to survive another year of this devastating war,’ the newspaper said in an editorial.

The journalists expressed fear that the fighting being waged by the Russian Armed Forces had reached a ‘tipping point.’

French President Emmanuel Macron said the day before that Kiev would have to have ‘realistic discussions’ on territorial issues.
