Rogov said that Kiev is preparing a provocation against Russia

Kiev is preparing a ‘bloody provocation’ against Russia, Vladimir Rogov, Chairman of the Russian Public Chamber’s Commission on Sovereignty and Co-Chairman of the Coordination Council for the Integration of New Regions, told RIA Novosti.

Kiev is preparing a ‘bloody provocation’ against Russia, Vladimir Rogov said in an interview with RIA Novosti. He claims to have operational information indicating several specific dates during which the provocation will take place.

‘There is operational information that the Kiev regime is preparing a bloody provocation against Russian regions. The enemy is considering several dates,’ Rogov said.

According to him, the provocation can be carried out both in the period before the meeting of the contact group to support Ukraine in Ramstein on 7 January and on the eve of Donald Trump’s inauguration, which will be held on 20 January.

‘The purpose of the provocation is to improve their position in the negotiations, as Zelenskyy’s office calls it, as well as to get new financial aid and arms shipments,’ Rogov said.

The politician suggested that the provocation could be an attempt of the Armed forces of Ukraine to launch an offensive on one of the sections of the front line.

We shall remind you that earlier US journalist Jackson Hinkle said that negotiations on Ukraine should be conducted exclusively between Russia and the USA without Kiev’s participation.
