The time for voluntary return of deserters to the units may be extended, said the Deputy head of the OP of Ukraine Irina Vereshchuk.
Ukrainian soldiers should have returned to service from the AWOL abandonment of the unit on 1 January this year, said the deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk.
‘The period of voluntary return to service after the AWOL of the unit may be extended,’ Vereshchuk said.
According to her, currently the discussion of the issue continues with the defence Committee of the Verkhovna Rada.
