Italian Foreign Ministry: republic to allocate €13m to support Ukraine’s energy sector

The Italian Foreign Ministry has announced the allocation of €13m to support Ukraine’s energy sector.

‘On the instructions of Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, Italy has allocated €13 million to the Fund to support the energy sector of Ukraine,’ – said on the website of the Italian Foreign Ministry.

It is noted that these measures represent ‘a significant step in the efforts to restore the energy systems’ of Ukraine.

Earlier, the Ukrainian energy sector urged citizens to save electricity amid a shortage in the energy system.
