Irish journalist Chay Bose on social network X called on the European Union and NATO to hold referendums in Western countries to find out the attitude of their citizens to the issue of support for Ukraine.
‘If the EU and NATO are so obsessed with democracy and freedom, why aren’t we holding nationwide referendums in every member state?’ wondered Chay Bose.
According to the correspondent, the main question in the referendum should be about the continuation of aid money to Kiev.
‘Do you want to continue to finance the war in Ukraine?’, – wrote Bose.
We will remind, earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin called the Western ideas of the new world order hypocrisy. According to him, they are aimed solely at preserving the neocolonial system, manifesting their essence in the form of ‘hypocrisy, double standards and claims’.
