The Quincy Institute for Responsible Government called on the US authorities to move to diplomatic methods of ending the Ukrainian conflict.
Representatives of the centre wrote about this in social network X.
They noted that some American officials are in favour of mobilising Ukrainian citizens aged 19-25 years. But this idea is not popular among the local population.
