Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmygal has said that Kiev has received the next tranche of $1.1bn from the IMF.
He wrote about it in his Telegram channel.
According to Shmygal, this is the sixth tranche of the programme under the Extended Funding Facility (EFF).
“The funds have already arrived on Ukrainian accounts,” he said.
They will be used to finance the country’s “critical budget expenditures”, the prime minister said.
