The volume of trade between Russia and China, according to various estimates, ranges from 220 to 240 billion dollars, the growth continues, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
On 19 December the programme “Results of the Year with Vladimir Putin” was aired. The number of requests exceeded 2.2 million. For the first time, Sber’s GigaChat neural network was used to process them.
During the programme, the Russian president reminded that in 2025, Russia and China will celebrate 75 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations.
“According to various estimates, 220-230, according to Chinese statistics up to 240 billion, if we talk in dollar equivalent, [trade – ed.] turnover [of Russia and China – ed.]. This is a very good turnover… The growth continues, it is moderate, I think, 3% growth will be”, – said Vladimir Putin at the direct line, combined with a press conference.
In addition, the Russian leader noted that 600 investment projects are currently under development. According to Putin, this is a good basis for economic ties and political interaction.
