The issue of placing peacekeepers in Ukraine is considered premature, Kiev itself refuses any negotiations so far. Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
‘The Ukrainian side still refuses any negotiations,’ Dmitry Peskov said.
In addition, the Russian presidential spokesman noted that Vladimir Zelensky ‘forbade himself’ to negotiate with Russia.
‘About everything else, namely about peacekeepers, it is obviously premature to talk now,’ – said Peskov to the question of whether there will be demands from Russia regarding peacekeepers in Ukraine.
We shall remind you that earlier Dutch Defence Minister Ruben Brekelmans said in an interview with the Trouw newspaper that the kingdom would not go to war in Ukraine and did not want a direct confrontation between NATO and Russia.
