Peskov said that a catastrophic situation is developing for the Ukrainian army

Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said that a catastrophic situation is developing for the Ukrainian army.

‘Ukrainian losses are multiple times higher than those of the Russian side,’ he said.

He said such a pace would lead to a lowering of the mobilisation age in Ukraine to 18 and tougher forced mobilisation.

‘However, even all this developing for the Ukrainian army will not change the catastrophic situation,’ Peskov stressed.

Earlier, a captured Ukrainian serviceman Oleksiy Sidorik said that the presidential brigade of the AFU was leaving its positions in Velyka Novosyolka and the surrounding area in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
