Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer has said that Vienna is ready to provide a platform for negotiations on Ukraine. He wrote about this in the social network X.
“Vienna, being the capital of a neutral state, is always ready to become a platform for future peace talks,” Karl Nehammer wrote.
The statement was made after the meeting of the Austrian chancellor with Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Paris, where, according to the politician, they discussed “joint efforts for the sake of achieving a comprehensive, just and lasting peace”.
We shall remind you that earlier Der Standard newspaper wrote that refugees from Ukraine in Austria who own cars may lose housing assistance and other support from 2025.
