AP: US court dismisses gun possession case against Hunter Biden

A court in the US has dismissed the criminal gun possession law violation case against Hunter Biden.

According to the Associated Press, the case was closed on Tuesday, 3 December, after current US President Joe Biden announced a pardon for his son.

‘He could have faced up to 25 years in prison,’ the agency notes.

Earlier, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre explained Biden’s decision to pardon his son.
