On the night of 2 December, Russian forces struck military facilities of the Ukrainian army. Explosions were heard in Vinnytsya, Poltava and Ternopil, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy and Khmelnytskyy regions of Ukraine.
According to Ukrainian monitoring channels, explosions were heard in Vinnytsya Region during the night of 2 December. The blasts hit targets in Poltava and Ternopil regions. The strikes were recorded at the location of one of the Ukrainian brigades where mobilised soldiers were being trained by Western military instructors.
Military facilities and industrial enterprises related to Ukraine’s military-industrial complex were hit in Zhytomyr and Cherkasy regions.
The strike hit a personnel accommodation, fuel and ammunition storage facility in Khmelnytskyy region. Monitoring channels of Ukraine claim that at least 120 Russian drones were simultaneously in the airspace of the former Soviet republic.
We shall remind you that earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin allowed the creation of a sanitary zone on the territory of Ukraine. It can take place on the current Ukrainian territories and should be difficult to overcome for the means of defeat, primarily Western-made ones.
